2. INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT
The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic and message. Company or project URL is optional. It also includes a hidden anti-spam field. Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential client information or other sensitive material.
The contact handler validates submissions and applies a short-lived in-memory rate limit using the client IP supplied by the hosting proxy. Contact submissions are sent by email; this application does not save them to its database.
3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
- To review and respond to your enquiry.
- To send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide.
- To reduce spam and protect the contact endpoint.
- To operate and understand use of the public website through configured analytics.
ProChat uses the information for the purposes listed above and does not sell personal data. This page will be updated as operational details are confirmed.

Contact messages are delivered to ProChat at [email protected] using its self-hosted email delivery service. The website and its application systems are hosted on ProChat’s configured infrastructure.
